The mechanism for submitting reports on allegations of certain criminal acts occurring within Bank Raya, reported by employees and/or other people in the organization where they work. Whistleblowers are not part of the perpetrators of the reported crimes.

Submit Report
You can submit a report through the WBS Bank Raya Website, SMS/Whatsapp, Email or written letter addressed to the President Director of Bank Raya.

Report Verification
The relevant parties will verify the report for further decision, whether the information is accepted or rejected.

Follow Up Report
Reports received will be followed up by the relevant teams and divisions.
